Cheese Board: Four French Cheeses and One From Vermont

(CCW from UL) Beaufort (cow, France), Cantal (cow, France), Comte Fort Saint Antoine (cow, France), Comte Grand Cru (cow, France), Spring Brook Tarentaise Reserve (cow, Vermont)

We have a new shop in town called “MA France" and they have some pretty good cheeses. The first three listed below are from that shop and the last two from Formaggio. All five were really good, but I liked the Cantal the best.
