What’s To Eat: Un Mondo Salami
Some of my favorite salamis are made by Un Mondo, a brand I was turned on to by Dave’s Fresh Pasta. Back around the Super Bowl, I went on a salami binge and tried out all of the Un Mondo recipes. Our household zeroed in on a couple of favorites, specifically the Fuet (sweet and soft), and the Herbes de Provence (“French Petit Dry Sausage with Herbes-de-Provence”). Also a favorite is the Volpi Pinot Grigio.
